Principles of Book Publishing

Our course discusses the nuts
and bolts of publishing. The program provides understanding of
key functions of the publishing process and describes the impact of new technology
upon the industry. Upon completion of the five-course program,
students are awarded a professional credential recognized by the publishing industry.

Instructor's Background
I've been in the publishing industry for 15 years and have a BA in Radio
& Television Broadcasting. I also have my certificate in Online Teaching & Learning from Cal State Hayward, currently
known as CSUEB. My six years of Web publishing has also given me the background experience that I need to provide students
with online learning.
I enjoy book publishing and training. My favorite hobbies are reading, exploring the Web and
enjoying time with my family.
